A couple fun facts about avocados:
*They have MORE potassium than a banana
*They have FOUR grams of protein (whole avocado)
*They have TEN grams of fiber (whole avocado)
*They are high in Magnesium (an essential mineral)

Avocados are delicious and great for you. I buy them in bulk at Costco, once they ripen I stick them in the fridge (to stop the ripening process).
